Refund policy

All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety reasons.

Lashed By Alezen LLC is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please make sure you enter the correct address before proceeding with your purchase, this includes any necessary apartment/unit numbers/letters. 

If at any point the package was sent back to us due to incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee. The customers are responsible for covering the associated costs for shipping and return labels. 

After you receive your order, you have 2 days to notify us if an item is damaged or you received the wrong item. Please send us a picture.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

EBOOKS are not eligible for returns or exchange. All EBOOKS sales are FINAL
